JOT Form Tables

View completed forms

Clicking on the Site Inspection Table - will take you to a web page where you can view the completed forms.

You will need to be set up by the Adminsitratior for your Work Gmail account to access the table. The first time you open the form it will ask you to sign into Jot form, but from then it will save your details.

If you haven’t already set up an aJot form account, do so with your work gmail account and a password that you will remember.

Once logged in you will see the below screen
